Having worked in some of the region’s leading restaurants and within a large nursing home company in Torquay, Richard Valder took the plunge with his wife, Angela, in 2007 and set up @Angela’s Restaurant in Exeter.
With Richard as Head Chef and Angela charming diners front of house, @Angela’s is a gem of a local restaurant, located in Exeter’s West Quarter. Richard works his culinary magic with a range of wonderful fish and seafood, using produce direct from Brixham and Exmouth, such as scallops, line-caught seabass, monkfish & John dory. Having performed at the last 4 expos it is great to have Richard back on the menu!
