As an exhibitor, we have created a suite of graphics to allow you to spread the word about the expo. This will add to the marketing and PR we will be doing right up to the expo. The more business people that come on the day the better for everyone in the room.

Please complete the details below so we can provide your colleagues with an Exhibitor badge when they arrive. Please indicate if they are there all day or arriving throughout the day so we can place their badge at the entrance.
We need this information by 1200 on Friday 9th November. After this point no badges will be produced.
Please download and read the Exhibitor Manual, which has ALL key information you need to know relating to all elements of exhibiting at this years Expo.
Please download and print out a Car Parking Permit for everyone that will be manning your stand on Expo Day.
Please write the name of your company on the permit. You can give out as many permits as you like.
If you have people coming after the Expo has started (between 0930 and 1530) they will only be directed to the main car park as the Exhibitor car park will be closed.
Please note in anyone arrives before 0930 without a permit they will be asked to park in the Main Car Park. Please make sure your permit is on display in your windscreen with the name of your company written on it. Failure to do so may result in your car being issued a parking ticket!

We wanted to let you know that we are Exhibiting/Sponsoring at this year’s South West Business Expo, probably the largest business expo in the South West. The SW Business Expo takes place on Wednesday 14th November 2018 at the Westpoint Arena, EX5 1DJ. There is plenty of free parking on site and doors open at 0930.
There will be over 240+ exhibitors from across the South West and beyond, including ourselves, 2 keynote speakers, 23 seminars and workshops, New Business Zone, 2 speed networking sessions! It is a great day out for people in business with huge networking opportunities as there will be around 3,000 attendees!!!!
Come along see us on our stand and have a look around, you will meet some interesting people and perhaps even do some business!
It is FREE to attend if you register in advance, on the day there is a donation box with all proceeds going to the SWB Expo’s Charity, Children’s Hospice South West.
